Tapes to AVI, MP4 and DVD

What’s on my tapes?

Customers often tell us when they find a stash of video tapes that they’re not sure if there’s anything on them worth converting.

Their video player now just eats tapes so they are unable to see what’s actually on them.

Some might only contain EastEnders with Dirty Den and Angie, others might have precious family gems lurking within them.

So to help we can go through your tapes, send you an email with a description of their contents so you can decide if it’s something you would like to convert.

We only make a small charge for doing this, but if you decide to have your tapes copied by us we offer this service free of charge.

We can do this for your camcorder and audio tapes too

Mouldy VHS Tapes

What do you do if your precious tape has the same mould problem as this example?.

Don’t despair, all might not be lost.

Stored in garages or other damp conditions are the likely causes. If you find one like this keep it away from your other video’s as mould can spread quickly from tape to tape.

We’ve seen plenty over the years and have quite a good record in capturing some, if not all of the footage. Of course nothing is guaranteed and each case if different

( By the way we manage to produce an almost perfect capture from this very tape )

Give us a call and see how we can help.
